Welcome, Guest
Step 1 of 6
What is the purpose of your retreat or event? Our primary focus and priority is to allot space to groups that are evangelical and program their retreat for refreshment in our faith. Please be sure that if this is a teaching, counselling or support group that your values and ministry line up with Stayner’s values as stated on page 1 and that you read the statement of faith with morality and lifestyle standards at the end of this package. Signing that states that your teaching will not contradict the beliefs and values on which this camp was founded. Then fill in section A below. What is the focus of your retreat? Teaching groups fill out section A. Crafting Groups fill out section B below. Not sure? Comment in A.
FOOD SERVICE REQUIRED: Please check the number of meals and on which days. Meals are priced per person and will be given in the quote. A minimum charge of 15 adults per meal will be applied for groups under 15 adults. See Appendix A for all prices.
Retreat leaders should submit a head count and dietary needs to the camp 14 days prior to arrival. No special diet requests at the last minute. We strive to accommodate all life-threatening allergies. We request any guests with such allergies to please introduce themselves to the kitchen team. We do not use nuts in any of our prepared meals.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION Our lodge has 20 rooms with a variety of bed configurations. The rooms are fully serviced with bed linens and towels. Check-in time is 3pm unless other arrangements have been made. Check out time is 10am to facilitate housekeeping. Groups are welcome to use the rest of the rental space until 2pm unless evening meal service is provided. During your stay at Stayner, May through September, cabins offer an affordable option for families and youth groups. Cabins reduce the accommodation part of the fee per night with guests bringing their own bedding. Cabins have 4 bunk beds and do not have washrooms. The cottage or guest house offers a full kitchen and washroom during the camping season. The camp has 3 main washroom areas from May through October. Guests that do not stay at the camp but eat meals only will be charged a per day facility use fee plus the cost of their meals.
MEETING ROOMS: While at the camp, the dining hall or lounge is available for meetings if your group size allows. The lounge area is available for all groups throughout the duration of their retreat. Please indicate your choices.
