We are currently recruiting for casual kitchen cooks to work as needed year round. Our retreat center serves many different types of groups on weekends and often during the week. If you love to cook and can manage a work schedule that is irregular we invite you to contact us. A Safe Food Handling Certificate is essential. If you don’t have one we can get you connected to a course. Kathleen is our lead cook and organizes our food service and staffing. The camp requires people who love to cook on a part time casual basis. Shifts are generally 7 AM to 2 PM and 2 PM to 8 PM. Retreat groups are primarily served on weekends throughout the year. Other rentals occur mid week. Summer months are busy, with food service required throughout July and August. Kitchen staff are required to work some Sundays.
