Stayner Camp is owned and operated by Evergreen Christian Ministries (ECM Camps). At ECM, every week of camp is designed to deepen your faith journey, be a fun environment for all ages, and create a community where everyone feels welcome. We are a Christian camping organization, and we strive to share Jesus with campers in a variety of fun and meaningful ways. Our staff are carefully selected from among those who live out their Christian faith. Our campers come from many backgrounds, everyone is welcome! If you have questions about us or our faith please contact us. We love to talk about our camps and what we believe.
Stayner has a sister camp! ECM also operates Camp Mishewah, located on beautiful Round Lake near Killaloe, Ontario. Mishewah is open May 24th through Labor Day. Offering family camps, youth camps and seasonal camping, Mishewah has a program for every member of your family. ECM is a partner ministry of the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada, and a member of CCI Canada, the Canadian Centre for Christian Charities, and Plan To Protect.
Evergreen Christian Ministries is at its core a community of Christ followers. Like Jesus, we strive to welcome and serve all. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience to everyone, regardless of their beliefs, and we ultimately do so because we are driven by a love for God and what He has done in our lives. Our camps exist to share this life-changing love with everyone who we come in contact with, through both our words and actions. To learn more about the specifics of what we believe and what we teach you can read our theological statement of beliefs, linked below, or feel free to reach out to us if you would like to know more about how we strive to follow and love like Jesus, and share that love with everyone! ECM is a partner ministry of the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada. The EMCC is a diverse group of Canadian followers of Jesus, holding Christ at the Centre, striving to follow the Way of Jesus, and living with grace and appreciation for “unity in essentials, liberty in non-essentials, and love in all things.”
