The 15 days of Family Camp are programmed with 3 distinct segments. Be sure to stop by the office at the beginning of your stay for a program guide filling you in on everything that is on the calendar. Daily sessions in the tabernacle are at 10 AM and 7 PM. Chapel speakers will engage your mind, stir your heart and challenge your faith. If you live locally you are invited to join us for any of our chapel sessions. A children’s program occurs during the AM and PM services and a youth program runs daily. Our “Café Under the Stars” is a late-evening musical treat. Concerts each Saturday evening feature Southern Gospel, Worship Bands, Solo Artists, and up and coming musicians. Ice Cream is served each evening after chapel. Wagon rides, Movie Nights with popcorn to munch on, Wing Nights, Bike Rides and a myriad of other events during the 15 days offer opportunities to be as busy as you want. The campfire is a favourite place to unwind after a full day. Family Camp depends on donations to keep our programs running, so each evening session will offer an opportunity to give. There are options for where to stay during family camp. Bring a tent or trailer and choose from one of our numerous available campsites serviced with hydro and water. We also have several rustic cabins with 4 bunks in each, or you may choose to enjoy the convenience of a fully furnished Lodge room.
Delicious meal service is available throughout family camp in our dining hall. Enjoy home-cooked meals while eating with and meeting new friends. Menus are available in early July. Gluten free options are offered upon request. Guests staying in cabins or at campsites have the option of outdoor cooking (many campers bring a dining tent and camping stove), delicious and healthy meals from our amazing kitchen team, or any number of local restaurants.
To cancel your registration, please call or email the camp office. If cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the camp start date, your payment will be refunded less a 25% processing fee. In the event of a confirmed medical or family emergency, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis. If cancellation is less than 14 days before the camp start date, fees paid are non-refundable. Shortening your stay when you arrive at camp will not result in a refund for the days not on site.
