Leaders In Training

Leadership in Training Overnight Camp at Trail of the Pines is a transformational week at Stayner Camp designed to help young leaders grow in confidence, character, and practical skills. Through engaging games, outdoor adventures, hands-on work projects, and opportunities to assist younger campers, participants will experience meaningful leadership in action. In a supportive community and overnight setting, they’ll learn to collaborate, communicate, and serve with purpose. Most importantly, each child will learn more about what it means to be a leader—as they explore what the Bible teaches about leadership, shaping them into thoughtful, capable role models both at camp and beyond.
