Volunteer

We’re looking for volunteers to help make our FREE Community Christmas Dinner at Stayner Camp a warm and welcoming event for our community!

We need multiple volunteers for 3-hour windows on both December 24th and December 25th to help with set-up, serving a full sit-down turkey dinner with all the trimmings, as well as organizing take-out and delivery meals, and cleanup. If you’re able to lend a hand for a few hours on either day, your support will help us share food, friendship, and Christmas cheer with many individuals and families.

Donate

We’re seeking generous individuals to help provide key ingredients for our FREE Community Christmas Dinner at Stayner Camp on December 25th.

Each year we serve a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings, and this is only possible with support from our community. If you’re able, please consider donating items such as butter, cream, carrots, and cranberries to help us prepare a warm, festive meal for everyone who joins us—whether they dine in, take out, or receive delivery. All food donations must be dropped off on December 21 or December 22 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Your contribution will help make Christmas a little brighter for many individuals and families. Please contact kathleen.denbok@ecmcamps if you would like to purchase a particular item.  If you would like to make a monetary donation, etransfers can be sent to [email protected] or pop by the camp office Tuesdays – Fridays between 9am-3pm.  All monetary donations greater than $20 will receive a tax receipt in February.
