Protection Policy

Keeping our campers and staff safe is something that we take very seriously.  Stayner Camp is a member of Plan To Protect.  Our Protection Plan includes anti-harassment and discrimination, anti-bullying, recruitment and hiring policies.  All of our staff receive training and we are committed to protecting children, youth and vulnerable adults.

Pet Policy

Some pets are welcome at Stayner Camp.  Please read our complete pet policy and decide if camp is the right place for your furry friends.

Internet Usage Policy

Stayner Camp provides Wifi for guests at a nominal fee per day or per week. Please read the full policy for more information.

Tree Policy

Our trees are spectacular and we are careful to preserve their beauty for years to come.  A Tree Policy is in place to guide all our residents as to the care we give to the trees.

Guests At Camp

All of our park residents may invite family and friends to visit them onsite. Immediate family members are always welcome. A daily visitor fee applies to guests. Please see the front office.

Noise Policy

Stayner Camp seeks to initiate a noise policy that honors the bylaws of Clearview Township.  We ask that the outdoor noise be silenced by 11 PM daily.

Fireworks

No individual family may do fireworks on the lands of Stayner Camp.  Community fireworks displays on holiday weekends will be put on by approved persons only.  During those events we will collect donations to cover the cost of the fireworks.

Cancellation Policy

At ECM Camps, we are committed to providing a meaningful and enjoyable experience for every camper. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and effective management of resources. Please review the details below:

Why We Have a Cancellation Policy

  1. Resource Management: Meals, accommodations, staffing, and activities are planned based on the number of registered campers. Late cancellations or no-shows can significantly disrupt these arrangements.
  2. Preparation Costs: Organizing camp requires substantial time and resources before it begins. The non-refundable portion of fees helps cover these upfront expenses.
  3. Fairness: A clear and consistent policy allows us to focus on delivering the best possible experience for everyone attending camp.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations Made 30 or More Days Before Camp
    • Refundable Amount: 75% of camp fees will be refunded.
    • Non-Refundable Amount: 25% of camp fees is retained to cover administrative and preparation costs.
    • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.
  2. Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of Camp Start Date
    • Non-Refundable: 100% of camp fees are non-refundable.
  3. No-Shows
    • Camp fees for participants who do not attend camp without prior notice are non-refundable.

We hope this policy provides clarity and minimizes any uncertainty. If you have additional questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
