To assist Stayner Camp in marketing and promoting camp, I give permission for photos of our family/group to be used in online or printed promotional/marketing materials for Stayner Camp and/or ECM Camps.

Agreement

To help protect the legal liability of Evergreen and its respective directors the following is a rental agreement between campers and Evergreen Christian Ministries.

1. I agree to waive all liability against ECM and will undertake to hold harmless ECM for any damage to my property and to indemnify ECM for any and all legal liability arising out of bodily injury or property damage caused by my negligence.

2. If I have a pet, I have read the Pet Policy, agree to abide by the rules, and will register my pet and provide proof of a current rabies vaccination.

3. By submitting this form I consent to this agreement and all above linked policies and will follow the policies and camp guidelines of ECM Camps. ECM Camps also reserves the right to make changes to our policies, terms, and conditions surrounding the booking and use of our facilities/properties at any time and without prior notice.
