REBOOT Retreat Group Registration

REBOOT is a camping retreat for Jr. High students, taking place September 25-21 at Stayner Camp in Stayner, Ontario. Our goal is to inspire and create opportunities for faith and character-building in Jr High students, act as a high-energy kickoff to your Jr. high ministry year, create opportunities for relationship building within youth groups, and encourage and support youth pastors and leaders in their ministry

Cost per person (including HST):
Early Registration: $146.90 (before June 30)
Regular Registration: $169.50 (after June 30)
Leader’s Rate: $107.70

Cabin Rental: $124.30

This form requires you to purchase tickets for your group using a debit or credit card, or via mailed cheque. Contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

This form is to be used for Group Registrations. We will not accept individual registrations. If you are an individual that would like to attend, contact your Youth Pastor. Please do not fill out this form as an individual.

Churches and groups will need to create their own individual registration form and have each of their students attending REBOOT fill it in and obtain the necessary parent/guardian signatures. Please consult with your insurance and protection plan policies to know what to include in this form. We also ask that in addition to your own media (photo/video) release, you also have parents sign our media release, found toward the bottom of this form. You will want to have these completed forms (or online access to them) with you at the event, but you will not be required to hand them in to us. Once you have registered, you will receive a group information form for you to fill out and hand in to the office when you arrive at the retreat.

Refund Policy:
Tickets purchased are non-refundable – please buy only what you need. Your tickets (in the form of wristbands) will be handed to you at check-in when you arrive for the event.

Cabins are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $110 + HST each. Cabins contain bunk beds and can sleep up to 8 people. Please indicate how many cabins you will be renting, if any.

Media Release

For the purpose of marketing and promotions, we will be taking photos and video of activities at the event. Because your church or group’s media release may not cover our use of this media, we ask that you have your students’ parents sign the following statement. You may include this in your registration form or add it as a separate form. If a student in your group is unable to be photographed or videotaped, please let us know and we will provide a wristband to make our media team aware.

Food Allergies & Restrictions

Our kitchen staff will do their best to accommodate food restrictions, however, due to the open nature of our kitchen, we want you to be aware that there is a risk of cross contamination. If you are anaphylactic to any foods, or have a food intolerance, allergy, or special diet not listed below, the kitchen staff may not be able to accommodate your dietary needs. A fridge and microwave will be accessible for you to supplement your meals during your stay. If your restriction is not one of those listed, please indicate your dietary need and contact our Food Services Coordinator at [email protected], so we can discuss your best options.
