ECM Annual Members Meeting and “An Evening At Camp” Fundraising Banquet & Camp Reunion
On Saturday, November 7, join Evergreen Christian Ministries at Plattsville Church for a special day of fellowship, celebration, and looking ahead to the future of the ministry.
The day begins with the ECM Annual Members Meeting, where we’ll reflect on the past year, celebrate what God has done through Stayner Camp and Camp Mishewah, hear ministry updates, review important reports, and look ahead to the year to come. Everyone is welcome to attend and learn more about ECM, though only current ECM Members are eligible to vote on governance matters.
Following the meeting, stay with us for An Evening at Camp, our annual fundraising banquet. Come together with campers, families, volunteers, staff, Board members, donors, church partners, and friends of the ministry to share stories and memories from the past year. Enjoy a delicious catered meal prepared by the Stayner kitchen team, an evening program featuring stories from across the ministry, worship and laughter, and a silent auction supporting the continued work of Evergreen Christian Ministries.
