Agreement

To help protect the legal liability of Evergreen and its respective directors the following is a rental agreement between trailer owners and Evergreen Christian Ministries.

1. I agree to furnish ECM with a Certificate of Insurance or a copy of my personal policy confirming Property and Liability coverage for my trailer or cottage. A minimum Personal Liability coverage limit of $1,000,000 will be acquired. If you use a motorized or battery-operated vehicle, then $2,000,000 liability is required. I will forward my updated policy to the office within 30 days of renewal.

2. I agree to waive all liability against ECM and will undertake to hold harmless ECM for any damage to my property and to indemnify ECM for any and all legal liability arising out of bodily injury or property damage caused by my negligence.

3.If I have a pet, I have read the Pet Policy, agree to abide by the rules, and will register my pet and provide proof of a current rabies vaccination.

4. I agree to inform the camp office when my trailer is being rented or lent to another party and to give the office the names of guests and the dates they will be at the camp. I also agree to ensure that the party occupying the site is aware of all the camp rules and code of conduct. Renters/borrowers during family camp are required to register and pay the program fees. I understand that any unpaid charges incurred by the renter/borrower will be applied to my account.

6. By submitting this form I will consent to this agreement and all above linked policies and will follow the policies and camp guidelines of ECM Camps. ECM Camps also reserves the right to make changes to our policies, terms, and conditions surrounding the booking and use of our facilities/properties at any time and without prior notice.
